On the air for less than two weeks, Tá na Hora achieved a historic achievement this Tuesday (26): the news program led by Christina Rocha and Marcão do Povo achieved its first complete victory over all of Band’s programs, pushing José Luiz Datena and the main television newscaster of the opposing network leave the podium of the Greater São Paulo audiences. The SBT duo still managed to have more audiences than the Mexican soap opera Teresa — which is one of the few attractions on Silvio Santos’ TV that has not changed its schedule over the last few weeks.

The consolidated audience ratings for the country’s main metropolis, obtained by the Pop TV with market sources, indicate that Tá na Hora had the second best performance in its history, with an average of 3.4 points. Even though it went on air inheriting fourth place from Fofocalizando, which was the only SBT attraction surpassed by Band throughout Tuesday, the news program quickly recovered and managed to surpass Band in all comparative criteria during its broadcast period. , between 5:29 pm and 7:45 pm.

  • For the second day in a row, Family is Everything (22.8) managed to break an audience record;
  • With a peak of 29.9 points, Renascer (27.7) had the best Tuesday in its history;

In the first confrontation with the Morumbi broadcaster, considering the national edition of Brasil Urgente, Christina Rocha and Marcão do Povo surpassed José Luiz Datena’s journalist by 3.5 to 2.9 average points. The elasticity of the score was maintained during the regional version of the Band format, shown from 6:50 pm to 7:20 pm — in this range, however, both channels dropped 2 tenths, reaching an average of 3.3 and 2.7 points, respectively. In the clash with Jornal da Band, between 7:20 pm and 7:45 pm, the SBT duo gained 6 tenths of an advantage over Eduardo Oinegue and Joana Treptow.

SBT Brasil, curiously, was unable to benefit from the good performance of Tá na Hora: the news program led by Cesar Filho scored an average of 3.8 points, a number that represents its worst performance on a Tuesday since the reformulation of the news program, in March 11. During the direct confrontation with Jornal da Band, the SBT journalist did not even manage to secure third place in the audience, being surpassed by the competitor by 2 tenths — 3.6 x 3.8 points between 7:45 pm and 8:30 pm.
