higher price is the only novelty of the SUV

Without fanfare, Ford began to offer the 2023 line of its Territory SUV throughout the country, and the discretion is justified by the fact that the vehicle has not received any news in the new line. Even so, the company readjusted the price and the model – previously sold for R$ 209,990 – now costs R$ 216,120, that is, R$ 6,130 more.

Ford’s main bet to conquer space in the segment of premium SUVs, the Territory arrived in Brazil about two years ago, but never made it here. To give you an idea, in July the model accounted for only 67 units sold, with 640 copies accumulated since January.

The performance is so poor that the Bronco, which arrived in the country later, shows better numbers (949 units sold from January to July and 162 only in the seventh month of the year). That way, it won’t be a surprise if the importer decides to replace the Territory with another model soon.

For now, the Ford Territory continues to be offered in a single version (Titanium) only in Bariloche White color with a 1.5 turbo engine, capable of delivering 150 hp and 22.9 kgfm coupled with an eight-speed continuously variable CVT transmission with front-wheel drive.

Among the equipment available, the highlight is the 10-inch digital instrument panel, adaptive cruise control with stop & go, maneuver assistant, blind spot monitor and 360-degree camera system.
