Recently, several celebrities are talking about an important and necessary subject: aesthetic pressure. Sandy, Paolla Oliveira and Bruna Marquezine are some of the artists who have already addressed the subject. In conversation with the STARRINGPaloma also commented on the subject and asked people to start normalizing differences in bodies.

At 38 years old, the actress said that she also deals with this type of pressure, just like the actresses mentioned above.

– More and more we are making a movement so that women, in particular, can look in the mirror and admire themselves the way they are. Let’s normalize the difference in body, the difference in skin, the difference in color, the difference in hair, find beauty, because we are beautiful precisely because we are different, and we have to respect that. Because, if not, I don’t see it as fun for everyone to follow a standard of beauty that no longer exists. I fight for this, that this standard of beauty no longer exists. We are all beautiful with our particularities, with our differences and normalize the imperfections we have on our bodies, the scars, the expression marks. This is life experience, it is life happening, in its different phases.

Regarding the pressure to become a mother, Paloma made it clear that she will let everything happen at the right time, regardless of what she usually hears in the web.

– I think everything has its moment, it has its time, it has a reason for happening. I want to be a mother, but it will happen naturally, regardless of any pressure I have, that society puts, and that I feel. But I prefer to look at myself and live in this moment when I have to, whenever I have to. I think we have moments in life for everything, everything has its time and its explanation. Each phase of life happens for a reason, and we have to be grateful for each one of them.
