REFUNDS FOR STEAM PURCHASES
- A Steam works with a refund system for its games. It is possible to request a refund from Support for games that have been purchased within two weeks and have not exceeded two hours of play.
- In case of regret and within the rule, Steam allows players to receive a refund in store credit to be spent on other games, if they do not like the purchase made.
- It is worth mentioning that if the user requests many refunds, the Valve may reject the request.
