Neymar’s private helicopter, which bears the player’s initials, landed this Wednesday afternoon at the Porto Alegre Fire Department, in Rio Grande do Sul. The aircraft was carrying supplies donated by the player, who has also been coming since the beginning of the week mobilizing to help flood victims in the south of the country.
The helicopter also served to rescue the injured, as shown in videos posted on Instagram profiles, such as Sentinela 24h: “Player Neymar’s personal helicopter has just saved a woman in serious condition. I closely followed the work of the team, who was in the mountains arrived in the Metropolitan Region for this fundamental assistance”.
On Tuesday, Neymar sent a plane to Rio Grande do Sul carrying tons of donations for flood victims. The athlete shared records on social media to encourage the population to help.
“It’s a delicate moment that our Brazil is going through and helping is NEVER too much, regardless of your financial condition, what matters is what you carry in your heart. I don’t like it and I don’t like posting everything I do or help, because whoever does it. Does it for heart and not out of engagement. So, this post is to encourage people to help even more. I thank the pilots of my aircraft and all the people involved here, praying for everything to return to normal. and giving all possible help”, wrote the athlete.
