Real Arenas says it canceled the contract of a fan who spat at Tite in Palmeiras x Flamengo | palm trees

Tite vents in a press conference and says he was spat on

Real Arenas, an arm of WTorre, announced this Wednesday that the fan who spat at coach Tite, from Flamengo, last Sunday, had his contract canceled on the Allianz Parque Passport program.

In a statement, the company says that it “does not accept attitudes like this and reiterates its commitment to respect in football.”

Using security cameras and the facial biometrics system, Palmeiras identified the fan responsible. The club informed that it will file a report on the case and hand over the images to the Police.

The fan’s name was not released.

Palmeiras says it will ask for “exemplary measures” to be taken against fans, as they do not accept any type of aggression in their home.

Tite reported the case at the press conference after the draw with Palmeiras, speaking of indignation and embarrassment at having to clean his clothes for what happened.

Palmeiras only became aware of the story after Tite’s interview and understands that, if they had been alerted immediately, they would have removed the fan from the venue and sent him to Jecrim (Special Criminal Court).
