The result in Colombia was below expectations for Flamengo, who suffered from the altitude of 2,600 meters and the absences. Tite opted for some changes in relation to the starting team. Luiz Araújo, Léo Pereira and Ayrton Lucas gave way to Bruno Henrique, David Luiz and Viña. There was also the absence of De la Cruz, who traveled with the cast, but was away due to a fever.

The only player to speak at the landing, Allan saw justice in the score between the positive and negative points presented by Flamengo. According to the steering wheel, conditions in Bogotá were not ideal.

– We went there to try to win. It didn’t happen as we expected. Of course there were factors such as altitude, the field was not ideal, but given the ideal context of the game I think the result was fair, yes. I’m not conforming, but we also have to be down to earth and accept it.

With a Carioca final ahead, Flamengo rested players who had been starting, such as Léo Pereira, Luiz Araújo and De la Cruz, who had a fever. Allan said that the reality with games also on weekends will be a routine from now on:

– There is no more time to rest. It’s going to be this gaming marathon. So, we have to recover who we have to recover and continue our work. We have a decision on Sunday. It’s about playing from now on and continuing to evolve.

The midfielder replaced Igor Jesus at half-time and was one of those responsible for Flamengo’s increase in production after suffering a lot in the initial stage.

– I believe that any player who came in would try to correct something. When things don’t go well, it’s obvious to come back better in the second half. Credit to the teacher who saw and scored. It’s a healthy dispute and everyone wants their space – he commented.

Flamengo returns to the field for the Libertadores on the 10th, at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), against the Chileans from Palestino. Before that, on Sunday, at 5 pm (Brasília time), Rubro-Negro plays the final of the Carioca Championship, against Nova Iguaçu. Tite’s team could even lose by two goals difference.
