O BYD Yuan Proan electric SUV from the Chinese manufacturer, is confirmed to reach the Brazilian market by the end of this year.
The model is a variation of the YuanUp and compares in size to other compact SUVs available in Brazil, such as the Volkswagen T-Cross and the Nissan Kicks.
Yuan Pro is built on the platform e-Platform 3.0with dimensions of 4,310mm of lenght, 1,830mm width, 1,675mm tall and 2,620mm of wheelbase.
Equipped with a front electric motor 173 horsesthe vehicle accelerates 0 The 100km/h in 7.9 seconds. The battery 45 kWh allows autonomy of 400 km per load, according to the Chinese cycle (CLTC).
Internally, the Yuan Pro’s design resembles that of the compact Dolphin, featuring a digital display panel 8.8 inches and a rotating main screen of 12.8 inches.
Equipment includes a head-up display, central console with induction charger, crystal gear selector and physical controls for adjustments.
Initially launched on the Chinese market, the Yuan Pro has a starting price of 96,800 yuan in China, equivalent to approximately R$68,300. In Brazil, it is estimated that the price will be below R$200,000.
