Former Manchester United defender and great legend, Rio Ferdinand placed Ronaldo Fenômeno, Cruzeiro’s idol, in the top 3 players in history. In the list, the English defender also chose Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo for the hall of stars.

River Ferdinand has a channel in youtube where he publishes daily videos. He usually analyzes and gives his opinion on European football, in addition to sharing some exclusive interviews – five-time champion Roberto Carlos even participated in the panel in which he named the three best players in history.

Ferdinand didn’t want to put the players in order of preference, but he chose the three best and also mentioned other talented players who could be in the ranking.
