Charles do Bronx leaves UFC aside, announces his girlfriend’s pregnancy and celebrates: ‘Daddy loves you’

Amid preparations for his return to the octagon in UFC 300, Charles do Bronx has reasons to celebrate outside of fights. The former UFC lightweight champion announced this Thursday (28) that he will be a father for the second time. His girlfriend, Vitória Brum, is pregnant with a boy, who will be called Dominic Oliveira Brum.

“Come Dominic Oliveira Brum! Mom and Dad love you,” wrote Do Bronx on his social media, sharing the happiness of the new chapter in his life. The fighter is already the father of Tayla, seven years old, from another relationship.

While preparing for the duel against Arman Tsarukyan On April 13th, Charles dedicates himself to a new challenge: fatherhood. The announcement generated a wave of positive reactions on social media, with fans and friends congratulating the couple and wishing them happiness.

Charles’ focus, however, remains firmly on the fight against Tsarukyan. The combat in UFC 300 is crucial to his ambitions of retaking the lightweight belt. A victory sets him on a collision course with Islam Makhachevcurrent division champion, against whom he seeks a rematch.

Do Bronx’s rival will not be an easy task. Arman Tsarukyan is considered one of the biggest talents in the division and has been riding on three consecutive victories, the last of which was over Beneil Dariush in December 2023. The Armenian already faced Makhachev in his UFC debut, in 2019, losing by unanimous decision.
