The period without Botafogo games at Data FIFA has come to an end. This Wednesday the team returns to the field against Boavista, at 7:30 pm, in a game valid for the final of the Taça Rio, a consolation tournament for the Campeonato Carioca that counts for a place in the Copa do Brasil.

The tendency is for players who return from injury (Luiz Henrique, Jeffinho, John, Patrick de Paula and Jacob Montes) to remain outside the team even on the pitch at the Eucyr Resende stadium, in Bacaxá.
The obvious absence is defender Pablo, who was not signed up for Carioca by Botafogo because he played in the competition wearing the Flamengo shirt. Still in physical transition after injury, he would no longer play anyway.
Danilo Barbosa and Eduardo are also out of the match due to load control issues. Striker Savarino has not yet returned from Data Fifa and therefore will not go to the match.
Probable lineup: Gatito Fernandez, Damián Suárez, Lucas Halter, Barboza and Marçal; Marlon Freitas, Tchê Tchê and Raí (Kauê); Júnior Santos, Emerson Urso (Yarlen) and Tiquinho Soares.
Botafogo fights two duels against Boavista in the Rio Cup final before starting the Conmebol Libertadores group stage dispute, on April 3, at 7 pm, at the Nilton Santos Stadium against Júnior Barranquilla.
