With three reinforcements in the area, Ponte awaits the arrival of a new defender | black Bridge

The Ponte Preta squad re-presented itself last Monday with three new faces: midfielders Lucas Buchecha (ex-Inter de Limeira) and Dudu Vieira (ex-Santo André), as well as striker Everton Brito (ex-Inter de Limeira) .

The expectation is that other reinforcements will arrive at the club during the week. One of them is defender Joílson, who played in the last Campeonato Paulista for Água Santa. He has also played for Novorizontino, São Bernardo, Chapecoense, São Bento, among other clubs.

At 32 years old, he is expected at Majestoso this Tuesday to perform, increasing João Brigatti’s defensive options for the Brazilian Series B.

There are five defenders available in the squad for the remainder of the season: Nilson Júnior, Haquin, Castro, Mateus Silva and Edson.

The board also hopes to define in the coming days the situations of left-back Zé Mário, from Inter de Limeira, and striker Matheus Régis, from São Bernardo.

Macaca debuts in Série B against Coritiba, at home, on a date yet to be confirmed – the competition is scheduled to start on April 19th.
