App biker and kitchen assistant Francisco Aurélio Rodrigues de Lima, aged 41, had already made threats to his girlfriend of him, who works at the Instituto Doutor José Frota (IJF) before killing and decapitating a hospital waiter identified as Francisco Mizael Souza da Silva. The report found that the perpetrator of the crime, months before carrying out the barbaric murder on the morning of this Tuesday (23), had ordered his girlfriend to quit her job, but as she refused, he said that “she would only calm down when he enter the kitchen, kill someone and take their head off“.

The server had been in a relationship (dating) with Francisco Aurélio for a year and a half. However, the relationship was marked by jealous of boyfriend. He had even said he would kill her with a shot.

As determined by the Northeast DiaryAurelio I was jealous of her with the cupbearer Mizael and also with other IJF employees. The report found that after the crime, the woman reported that if Aurélio had arrived and found her talking to a co-worker, he would have killed her and the colleague.

DN received information that the server was just a colleague of Mizael and didn’t have much friendship with him, but Aurélio was jealous of him and his girlfriend’s other co-workers.

Shots

At the time of the crime, the server was at her workplace when she heard the first shots and hid. After the shooting stopped, other employees said: “they killed Mizael”. At that moment, the perpetrator had already left.

The report also found that Mizael was hit in the hallway which gives access to the cafeteria. Injured, he ran into the kitchen, where he was dead and decapitated. Upon learning that Mizael had been decapitated, the server told the Police that she remembered her then-boyfriend’s words and, at that moment, believed that Aurélio was involved.

He was recognized by images of the hospital’s internal camera circuit and ended up arrested that afternoon, in Aquiraz. With him, the police found the revolver used to commit the crime with 4 deflated capsules, 2 that didn’t work (hit catole) and 7 intact cartridges. Furthermore, victim Francisco Mizael’s cell phone was also in the possession of Francisco Aurélio.

Threats

Francisco Aurélio had already worked at the IJF in an outsourced company as a kitchen worker, from where he left in 2022. He had also been arrested on October 30, 2022, in the town of Encosta de Baixo, municipality of Aracoiaba, for threatening his then-girlfriend and her father.

On that occasion, the Military Police were called and, upon arriving at the scene, the PMs were disrespected. For this crime, Aurélio was denounced by the Public Ministry of Ceará (MPCE) and is awaiting trial.
