President of France shares meme with Lula and says that his visit to Brazil ‘was a wedding’ – News

After a three-day trip to four cities in Brazil, the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, shared on social media, on Thursday night (28), a meme with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and stated that his passage through the country “was a wedding”.

Afterwards, Macron thanked the welcome he received from Brazilians and mentioned what he did in some cities he visited.

“In Belém, we were able to walk together through this shared Amazon and confirm our common determination to fight for forests and people. We saw in Rio the strength of our cooperation in the defense sector, with the launch of Tonelero, the third submarine in our partnership. We had extremely fruitful discussions with the economic, cultural and intellectual world in São Paulo”, he wrote.

In the shared image, the montage makes reference to the North American film “La La Land: Singing Seasons”, released in 2017 and which tells the story of a man and a woman who fall in love and try to make their relationship fruitful while simultaneously seeking establish yourself professionally.

Macron’s visit ends with the signing of 23 acts

Lula and Macron signed 23 bilateral acts and cooperation agreements. Of the documents, 21 were signed this Thursday (28), the European leader’s last day in Brazil, during an official ceremony at Palácio do Planalto, in Brasília, and two were signed in Belém (PA), this Tuesday (26).
