Flamengo has not yet lost a match in the Brasileirão. Rubro-Negro beat Atlético-GO 2-1 in the first round. They won with the same score as São Paulo in the second round. In the last round, they drew goalless with Palmeiras. As a result, Flamengo is second with seven points.
Just behind in the table, Botafogo is third in the Brasileirão. Alvinegro has six points in total. After losing to Cruzeiro in their debut 3-2, they beat Atlético-GO 1-0. In the last round they beat Juventude 5-1, away from home.
