Daniel Alves parties a few hours after leaving prison, says Spanish newspaper

Also this Thursday, the former player presented himself to Justice, a condition of provisional release

Daniel Alves had a party at home hours after leaving prison, revealed the Spanish newspaper Brand this Thursday, 28th.

According to the newspaper, the former Barcelona player hosted a party on Tuesday night, the 27th. The reason: to celebrate his father, Domingos Alves Da Silva’s birthday. And it wasn’t just any party, according to some guests, the event lasted until five in the morning and was attended by people close to the family, but also by some personal friends of the former football player, sentenced to four and a half years in prison for sexual assault, after being accused of rape by a woman in a Barcelona nightclub.

Also this Thursday, Daniel Alves presented himself to Justice, a condition of provisional release.

Provisional freedom

At the beginning of the week, former player Daniel Alves paid a bail of 1 million euros (around R$5.4 million) to the Spanish Court, which then granted him provisional freedom.

It was determined by the Court that Daniel Alves had all his passports confiscated. He must also maintain a minimum distance of 1 kilometer from the victim’s home and her place of work. The young woman also lives in Barcelona.

According to the Court, the Brazilian also cannot try to communicate with the woman in any way, and cannot leave Spain. He must appear at the Barcelona Court weekly, or as often as requested, according to the decision.
