A Brazilian Team finished its first FIFA Data under the command of Dorival Júnior without defeats. At victory against England and in draw against Spain, the highlights were the many debutants from Brazil. Some even work within Brazilian football, such as goalkeeper Bento and defender Fabrício Bruno. Check out the newcomers’ performance:

Bento: The Athletico Paranaense goalkeeper left the Santiago Bernabéu pitch as one of the best in the match against Spain. According to SofaScore numbers, he was also the team’s best athlete during the FIFA Data. In the last match, he made five important saves, despite conceding three goals (two from penalties).

“I took advantage of the opportunities, showed some of my work. Of course we are excited to play two friendlies like this, but I think I lived up to the challenge,” she told SCOREBOARD.

Fabrício Bruno: The Flamengo defender had a more solid performance against England than against Spain, but the overall result was positive. The defender managed to do the basics well and didn’t compromise, despite suffering in the 1 x 1 against Nico Williams.

Beraldo: The promising PSG defender did very well in his first match, but fluctuated a lot in the match against Spain. The Brazilian defensive system as a whole suffered in terms of passing the ball, where Beraldo has greater quality. Without the ball, he suffered a disconcerting penalty from Dani Olmo in the second Spanish goal and committed a controversial penalty on Carvajal, at lights out.

Wendell: Porto’s left-back was very safe against England, but he will certainly have nightmares with young Lamine Yamal, Spain’s main standout. He was unable to effectively mark the winger and got the worst of it at different times.

João Gomes: The Wolverhampton midfielder stood out against England for his intensity in losing/pressing, but he didn’t do well against Spain. He left the entrance to the area unprotected at different times, committed three fouls and lost most of the duels. He ended up being replaced at half-time by Andreas Pereira.

Galen: The Porto striker came on at the end of the match, replacing Rodrygo, and occupied the corridor well when he needed to help with the marking. With little time on the field, he appeared in attack during the final minutes, already in stoppage time, and was responsible for conceding the penalty that guaranteed Brazil a draw.
