The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) launched on Friday (19) a public consultation on the proposed change in the Basic Distribution Plans for Broadcasting Channels. Interested parties must submit a statement by the 29th, on the Anatel portal. The Ordinance was published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU).
The proposals for inclusion and alteration of channels in Basic Plans aim to evaluate the technical feasibility of broadcasting channels that have either already been granted, or will be the subject of new grants to be carried out by the Ministry of Communications. The public consultation is carried out to verify whether the proposed changes cause interference in the channels of other service providers, who, in this case, must speak out.
