The relationship between Karina and Jaewook had begun in January of this year, being publicized by the media at the end of February
This Tuesday, the 2nd, it was reported by the South Korean portal TenAsia that Karinafrom aespa, and the actor Lee Jaewook they ended their relationship, just over five weeks after their relationship became public. The information was confirmed by the artists’ agencies.
“Lee Jae Wook has decided to part ways to focus on the project he is currently filming. The two have decided to remain as colleagues who support each other. Each of them will greet [os fãs] through good activities in their respective positions going forward. Please show a lot of interest and support,” the actor’s agency revealed, in response to TenAsia’s report.
Meanwhile, an anonymous source from SM Entertainment quickly said, “It’s true that they broke up.” On February 27, it was confirmed that Karina and the actor Lee JaeWook they were dating. According to the press, the two had met on January 14th during the Prada fashion show in Milan and, since then, they had been “getting to know each other better”.
It is worth remembering that, after the relationship was confirmed, some of the idol’s fans did not accept the news, even sending a truck to the SM Entertainment building, demanding that she apologize for being in a relationship. Shortly afterwards, Karina shared a handwritten letter on his Instagram profile, asking for forgiveness for the sudden news.
