Californian musician Kerry King, guitarist and founding member of the Thrash Metal band Slayer, gave an interview to Rolling Stone magazine in July 2017. Kerry revealed what his favorite Heavy Metal albums are and one of the works mentioned was the classic “Master Of Puppets “, by Metallica.

“I wasn’t on the fence about choosing a Metallica album for this list, but it wasn’t a hasty decision either. Which album of all albums would I put on if, say, I was at the gym? It would be ‘Puppets,'” said Kerry, who explained his choice and told what Metallica’s best song is.
“One of my favorite Metallica songs – well, probably my favorite Metallica song – is on this record, and it’s ‘Damage Inc.,’ the best song they ever wrote. This is coming from a hardcore-thrash kid. I could justify inclusion with this.
