Coming from a bitter defeat by a split decision from the judges, on the historic UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) card 300, held on April 13, former lightweight champion, Charles do Bronx, confirmed his presence at the biggest MMA event of the Central-West, which will be held on June 1st, in Corumbá.
The CFC (Corumbá Fight Combat), which reaches its 12th edition in 2024, will have a record with 17 fights, between men and women. The event was called “Settlement of Accounts”, due to the expected rematches between fighters, all worth the competition belt.
The rematches for the belt will be between: Jaque 3D x Jane Farinha; Negão x Slim; Jamaica x Bugue; Charles x Michelin; Marreta x Giovane. Check out all the fights below:
“Corumbá Fight Combat is the biggest MMA event in the center-west, bigger in attendance, in fights, in fighting qualities and in actions, all the audience that was present in previous editions, is a loyal CFC audience, we promise and We delivered a quality event, an event that I usually call a spectacle”, commented businessman Marcelo Palheta, creator of the event.
As in previous editions, Charles do Bronx also made a VIP presence at the event. The expectation is to receive approximately 2,500 people at the Municipal Sports Gym, located on Avenida Porto Careiro, in the Central region. The fights will start at 7pm.
