‘Moana 2‘ had its first official image released.
The dubbing cast will have the return of Auil’i’ Cravalho (“Mean Girls”) as the voice of the titular character, and Dwayne Johnson (‘Black Adam’) as Maui.
‘Moana 2‘ was initially conceived as a Disney+ series, but the studio liked the result so much that it was reissued as a film.
The premiere was scheduled in theaters in November 26, 2024!

The film is directed by Dave Derrick Jr. with songs by Abigail Barlow, Emily Bear, Opetaia Foa’i It is Mark Mancina.
The original film follows a 16-year-old Polynesian teenager (voiced by Cravalho), who ventures across the Pacific Ocean to unravel the mystery surrounding his ancestors. During her incredible journey, she encounters the powerful demigod Maui (Johnson) and, together, they cross the open sea on an action-packed journey, facing fierce creatures, with moments of great fun and adventure.
