Readjustment of TCE-PI servers will have an impact of R$6.5 million – Roda Viva

The 6% adjustment proposed by the Court of Auditors of the State of Piauí (TCE-PI) for civil servants will have an impact of R$ 6.5 million from 2025. The bill that is being processed in the Legislative Assembly of Piauí intends to readjust the salaries of permanent employees, the value of bonuses for holding a commission position, a role of trust and bonuses for TCE-PI military personnel. The text also creates the position of Administration Analyst, which will have responsibilities similar to those of the position of External Control Analyst — Technical and Administrative Support area of ​​the Career Plan of the Federal Court of Auditors. Five positions should be created initially with starting salary R$ 12,455.3, which will not have an initial financial impact, as it depends on a competition being held to fill the positions. The TCE also proposes the creation of five Administration Assistant positions. In this case, as there is a competition within the validity period, with the filling of these positions the financial impact will be R$ 327,852.39 in this year and R$ 655,704.79 in the years 2025 and 2026.
