With more than 50 confirmed establishments, the festival highlights the importance of using regional ingredients in creative dishes.
With the theme “for everyone, for every taste”, the 18th edition of the Brasil Sabor festival aims to highlight dishes that use regional ingredients made by chefs from restaurants across the country, playing a fundamental role in promoting cultural identity and in the plural construction of Brazilian cuisine. And Rio Grande do Norte could not fail to be present in yet another edition.
For the owner of the Gennarí Culinária Italiana restaurant, Paolo Passariello, the festival is essential to help enhance the sector and support the creative development of dishes. “Brazil Sabor stimulates the creativity of cooks who are challenged to create a new recipe for the menu, and that is what I find most fascinating. But, in addition, it gives visibility and movement to our sector”, says the president of Abrasel in RN.
Thus, the festival is not only a celebration of food, but also highlights the importance of the social and cultural value of bars and restaurants in our community. By supporting and supporting these establishments, the population contributes to the preservation and promotion of our country’s culinary and cultural diversity.
As in previous years, the festival will take place in person and hybrid, through delivery, with promotional prices. At this festival, the starting price will be R$29 and can go up to R$59.
