The CEO of Paraná Esporte, Walmir da Silva Matos, said that the hearing marks the first step in a new stage. “In the second semester we will finalize the proposal and design the logistics so that, next year, we can hold macro-regional conferences and further debate ideas for the sector”, he added.

The schedule of municipal and macro-regional hearings will be presented in 2025. The State Conference and the formalization of the plan are projected for 2026. “The final idea of the plan is that it becomes a bill and that it directs Paraná’s sports policies for the next 10 years,” said Matos.
