Health cart delivers glasses in Cocal and Cocal dos Alves

The Department of Health (Sesapi) and the Pacto Pelas Crianças do Piauí program delivered, this Monday (6), another shipment of glasses through Carretinha da Saúde. 55 children from municipalities in the Coastal Plain Territory, in cities of Cocal and Cocal dos Alves.

A total of 55 glasses were delivered to children who had a free ophthalmological consultation at Carretinha da Saúde, which makes it possible to expand the range of services and specialized care for children aged 0 to 6 years in the areas of dentistry, speech therapy and ophthalmology of all ages. municipalities of Piauí. The action also promotes referral of users to the health network according to diagnoses, support for vaccination actions to expand vaccination coverage ofchildren and provision of glasses for childrenmet when the need is identified.
