Acre Civil Police arrest individual for non-compliance with protective measures and robbery in Rodrigues Alves

This Monday morning, the 9th, the Acre Civil Police, through the Rodrigues Alves General Police Station, arrested an individual who had previously been detained for domestic violence. The accused, released during a custody hearing about a month ago, was arrested again after breaking into his ex-wife’s residence and attacking her 15-year-old daughter, in addition to expelling three of the teenager’s friends who were present at the scene.

The victims reported that the perpetrator was under the influence of drugs during the incident, and was prevented from causing more serious harm to their daughter thanks to the intervention of a neighbor, who managed to get the teenager safely inside the residence.

The individual was charged with failure to comply with protective measures and criminal proceedings in the domestic environment, and will be subject to a new custody hearing.

In another episode that occurred on the afternoon of the same day, the Civil Police, with the support of the Military Police, managed to arrest an individual who had just committed a robbery at a gas station in the municipality of Rodrigues Alves. Armed with a simulacrum, the suspect captured the owner, the manager and a gas station attendant, taking them to the office, where he stole three cell phones.

After the crime, the victim immediately contacted the authorities, who surrounded the red neighborhood and managed to detain the accused in the woods close to the robbery site, recovering all the stolen material.

Police chief Marcilio Laurentino, who participated in the operation, reported that the same individual had previously been arrested by the team for robbery and was on parole.

Both cases are under investigation by the competent authorities, aiming to ensure the safety and protection of victims, as well as effective law enforcement.
