The company reinforces that it is offering commercial flexibility for those who have flights until next Sunday, May 12, to/from the locations without fines or fare differences, and with the possibility of refunds.

Gol will also continue without landings and takeoffs to Porto Alegre until Friday. Customers will have until May 31st to reschedule their flights to the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, in addition to the airports of Caxias do Sul, Passo Fundo, Pelotas, Santo Ângelo, in Rio Grande do Sul, and Chapecó (SC), with the possibility of leaving the ticket value in credit with the company, without paying a cancellation fee or rescheduling fee.
Azul has suspended its flights until Thursday (9). The airline asks customers to pay attention to the sending of news via email, SMS and WhatsApp, as well as being available via the company’s website and app.
Other customers, who choose to change their ticket voluntarily, will be able to make the request up to three days after the date of travel, depending on availability. Or, request cancellation of the ticket via official service channels, leaving the amount in credit with the company.
