Two bodies were found wrapped in a tarpaulin in the middle of the access road to Itapoá, on the North Coast of Santa Catarina, in the early hours of this Friday (26). The Civil Police believe they fell from a vehicle during transport. Suspects have not yet been located.
According to police chief Saul Bogoni, the victims had several signs of being dragged, such as skin wounds on their bodies, and were found on Estrada João Cornelsen, at the entrance to the city. “Some marks appeared to be from a knife and fractures,” he comments.
The bodies are those of two men, according to the investigator, only one of whom had been identified until the last update of the report. This is a resident of Itapoá whose name was not disclosed.
Now, investigations are also trying to locate the car that was allegedly used to transport the bodies. There is no information about motivations and suspects.
