The proposal, authored by deputy Jair Bittencourt (PL), states that cars must be in warehouses for more than 180 days and be properly registered. The public administration must carry out an inspection to evaluate the vehicles, which will be donated only after issuing a report showing that they are in usable condition.
“I would like to thank my peers for approving this proposal, which could give a noble purpose to this fleet that, today, is stationary and useless. The donation of these vehicles to social institutions will help hundreds of projects that change the lives of many families throughout the world. State”, said Jair Bittencourt.
