Those approved for the position of judicial technician at TJ MA will enter the career with the basic salary of R$4,960.21.
The judicial analyst, in turn, will receive an initial salary of R$9,234.83, while those approved for the position of bailiff will have an initial salary of R$7,724.
It is worth noting that, as indicated on the transparency portal of the Maranhão Court of Justice itself, the server will still be entitled to the Judiciary Activity Bonus (GAJ), corresponding to 20% of the basic salary amount.

Additional qualifications
As indicated on the Transparency Portal of the Maranhão Court of Justice, the server may still receive the Additional Qualification (AQ).
According to the organization, the AQ is intended for permanent employees due to:
“additional knowledge acquired in training actions, titles, diplomas from undergraduate courses or certificates from postgraduate courses, in a broad or strict sense, in areas of interest to the Judiciary of Maranhão”.
The additional may be due to undergraduate and postgraduate studies (AQ Titles), in addition to training actions (AQ Training).
AQ Training varies from 1% to 3% of the basic salary amount. AQ Titles could be 5% or 8% of the server’s basic salary.
To qualify for the AQ Titles, the person approved in the TJ MA competition must have a bachelor’s degree (in the case of a mid-level position), specialization, master’s degree or doctorate, observing the areas of interest of the state Judiciary.
To qualify for AQ Training, in turn, the server must have a set of training actions that total at least 120 hours.

How do I register for the TJ MA competition?
Interested parties can register on the Instituto Consulplan portal, among the April 29th and June 3rd.
To confirm registration, the candidate must pay the fee, which varies between R$70 (middle level), R$90 (bailiff) and R$100 (higher level).
According to the notice, there will be an exemption for candidates without a job, blood or bone marrow donors, in addition to those called up and appointed to serve in the Electoral Court.
The fee exemption request can be made between April 29th and May 2nd, on the organizing committee’s portal.
In total, the Maranhão Court of Justice offers 41 vacancies, which are divided between the following specialties:
Judicial technician
- administrative technical support: reserve registration;
- IT technician specializing in Software: one vacancy and CR; It is
- accounting technician: reserve registration.
Legal analyst
- systems analyst in the Database specialty: one vacancy and CR;
- systems analyst in the Development specialty: two vacancies and CR;

What will be charged for the TJ MA exam?
The TJ MA competition tests will be administered on the days July 14th and 21stin the cities of São Luís, Imperatriz and Caxias.
On the 14th, the tests will be administered to those enrolled in the positions of analyst, court officer and technicians in IT and accounting specialties
For these candidates, the TJ MA competition will require knowledge in the following areas:
General knowledge
- Portuguese Language (ten);
- Notions of Public Management and Ethics (five); It is
- History and Geography of the State of Maranhão (five).
Specific knowledge
- State and Institutional Legislation (ten); It is
- Specific knowledge of the position (20).
The tests on the 21st, in turn, will be applied to candidates registered for the position of technician in the Administrative area.
