Korubo’s new safari, which travels through the wild and untouched landscapes of the Serras Gerais, in Tocantins, invites travelers to relax for a few days and intensely experience the feeling of exploring an unforgettable destination.

The itineraries follow the glamping concept, which consists of elevating the traditional camping experience, offering different amenities and a touch of glamour. Travel, for example, is done aboard a comfortable panoramic truck, which allows you to admire the local scenery with greater comfort and visibility.

Another important difference is related to accommodations. During the nights in the remote Serras Gerais, travelers stay in cozy African tents, with beds and bathrooms. The rustic accommodations also have living areas and guesthouses.

Itineraries through the Serras Gerais
Travelers can choose between six- or seven-day itineraries. Both begin with reception at Palmas airport (TO) and an overnight stay, with breakfast, in the capital. On the second day, participants are taken to Serras Gerais. The route passes through Lagoa do Japonês, a natural pool with shades of blue and emerald, and explores some local scenery.

The third day is marked by a visit to the Valley of Birds, where it is possible to see several species of birds and monkeys. In the afternoon, the group is taken to the lush Urubu Rei and Cortina Waterfalls.

The next morning begins in the majestic Enchanted Canyon and Cidade das Pedras. Afterwards, you can enjoy Korubo’s private waterfalls – ideal for relaxing in privacy and exclusivity.
Tours in the Sussuapara Canyon and the gigantic rock formations of Arcos do Sol are the attractions of the fifth day of the trip.

For those who opt for the shorter itinerary, the experience ends on the sixth day, with a free morning and transfer to Palmas airport. On longer trips, the sixth day offers a trail to Pico do Estreito. The route is
incredible and holds some of the most fantastic landscapes in the Serras Gerais, which become even more beautiful during sunset.
