A 24-year-old man, identified as Guilherme Maldonado Estabulis, killed a woman and stabbed another in the city of Naviraí (MS) – 368 kilometers from Campo Grande, on Tuesday morning (23). According to the suspect himself, the crime happened during a fight over a crack rock.
According to the police report, the police were called at around 8:40 am by employees at the Naviraí Municipal Hospital after two people were admitted with stab wounds.
At the scene, the military spoke with one of the victims, a 31-year-old woman, who had several injuries to her body; knee, arm, chest, face and neck. The woman reported that she used drugs with Guilherme, the man who admitted her to the hospital and another woman, Fernanda Campos Sales, when an argument began.
In her version, during the fight, Guilherme attacked the two and then tried to take his own life. The police went to the house indicated by the woman and there they found Fernanda’s body, which had several injuries and a deep cut on her neck.
According to police records, the man argued with the women and during the argument he stabbed them both. Guilherme was also rescued because he had injuries, but it was found that he himself had been injured.
Guilherme was arrested in the act and is under police escort in the hospital. According to the police report, the three were known to the police, the women for being drug users and Guilherme for drug trafficking.
The case continues to be investigated by the 1st Civil Police Station as a homicide.
