On the morning of this Wednesday (24), the president and vice-president of OAB-PE, Fernando Ribeiro Lins and Ingrid Zanella, participated, together with the president of the Caixa de Assistência da Advocacia de Pernambuco (CAAPE), Anne Cabral, of the opening of the flu vaccination campaign.

For the president of the Order, the initiative is very important for the health care of lawyers. “Flu vaccination is very necessary to guarantee not only the health, but also the well-being of professionals. This is another benefit that our Assistance Fund brings to all lawyers in Pernambuco”, emphasized Fernando Ribeiro Lins.

“We started in Recife, but this benefit continues to all of our 29 subsections, thus guaranteeing the immunization of every lawyer in our Order”, explained the vice-president of OAB-PE, Ingrid Zanella.

The president of CAAPE, Anne Cabral, highlighted the commitment to bringing this service to the legal profession in Pernambuco. “Every year we guarantee the best and most modern, when it comes to flu vaccines, for the legal profession in Pernambuco. So, all lawyers can guarantee this dose of health for themselves and their families.”

Also present at the opening of the campaign were the vice-president and assistant general secretary of CAAPE, Max Maciel and Leomilton Guimarães, respectively; in addition to the general director of the Escola Superior da Advocacia de Pernambuco (ESA-PE), Leonardo Moreira.

Following the drive-thru model, CAAPE’s action runs until this Thursday (25), from 8am to 4pm, at Rua Marquês do Recife, 346, in the neighborhood of Santo Antônio, Recife. The vaccine is quadrivalent, made up of two subtypes of Influenza A and two more subtypes of Influenza B. Immunization also applies to family members and dependents of legal professionals who are in the same car.
