Aracaju will host the 18th edition of Brasil Sabor, promoted by Abrasel. The event, which is considered the largest gastronomic festival in the world, will celebrate the diversity of Brazilian gastronomy under the theme “For everyone and for everyone”, and takes place in the Shopping Jardins parking lot, from 5pm to 10:30pm, between the 16th and 19th of May.
Restaurants from different cities in the state of Sergipe will participate in the festival, creating special dishes that value regional techniques and ingredients, providing visitors with a true journey through the flavors of Brazil.
Brasil Sabor is not only a unique opportunity for chefs to showcase their creativity, but also an excellent chance for establishments to attract and retain customers, standing out in the food away from home sector.

Presented by Shopping Jardins, the event is held by the Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants (Abrasel), and is officially sponsored by Banco do Nordeste and the Federal Government. This is the 18th edition of the Festival. Last year, also held in the Shopping Jardins parking lot, the meeting was a real success with the public and featured renowned restaurants from Sergipe.
