The Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet, denounced this Tuesday (23) federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) and the hacker Walter Delgatti to the Federal Supreme Court (STF) for the invasion of the electronic system of the National Council of Justice (CNJ).ebc.gif?id=1591786&o=node

According to the PGR, Zambelli was the intellectual author of the invasion and sought the hacker to carry out the crime and issue a false arrest warrant against STF minister Alexandre de Moraes.

In the complaint, the prosecutor asks that the defendants face criminal charges for fraudulent misrepresentation and hacking into a computer device. The PGR added that the deputy made payments to the hacker through a company that provided services to the PL in the elections.

“The materiality of the facts has been demonstrated as well as, and abundantly, their authorship by Mrs. Carla Zambelli and Mr. Walter Delgatti. Through reciprocal collaboration, they promoted the invasion of computer devices and the issuance of ideologically false documents, with the aim of harming the credibility and regular functioning of the Judiciary”, stated Gonet.

The complaint was sent to Minister Alexandre de Moraes. It will be up to the minister to take the case to trial in the First Panel of the Court, which will decide whether Zambelli and the hacker will become defendants in the process. A trial date has not yet been set.

Carla Zambelli’s defense declared that she received the offer of the complaint with “surprise” and that there is no evidence that the parliamentarian encouraged the hacker attack.

Delgatti’s defense stated that the presentation of the complaint reveals that the hacker told the truth.
