Commission approves review of TCE-CE’s remuneration, salaries and pensions

The Commission of Work, Administration and Public Service (CTASP) approved, this afternoon Tuesday (04/23), in ordinary meeting held at the Technical Committee Complex, 19 mattersbeing a message from the State Court of Auditors (TCE-CE), seven bills (PLs) and 11 indications.

The proposal for a general constitutional review of the remuneration of commission positions, as well as TCE-CE’s earnings and pensions, was approved through message no. 22/2024authored by the Court itself.

In between The PLs contain four proposals from deputy Gabriella Aguiar (PSD), being: no. 656/2023, which establishes the Ceará goat cheese origin seal; no.772/2023, which establishes palliative care awareness week in the State; no.773/2023, establishing the Healthy and Active Aging Policy; no. 895/2023co-authored by deputy Guilherme Landim (PDT), which foresees the campaign to raise awareness of organ and tissue donation, called Green September.

The other bills that received favorable votes from the collegiate were those no. 787/2023, by congresswoman Marta Gonçalves (PL), which establishes the obligation for all entities and private companies to include the global symbol of Down syndrome as a priority service on their premises and in parking spaces; no. 882/2023, by deputy Nizo Costa (PL) and co-authored by deputy Lia Gomes (PDT), who establishes the Somos Raros Campaign; no. 952/2023by deputy Bruno Pedrosa (PDT), which creates the week of awareness and early diagnosis of retinoblastoma – the latter included a modifying amendment by the same author.

In addition, the projects indicating no. 76/2023 and no. 355/2023, by deputy Emilia Pessoa (PSDB), the second being co-authored by Dr. Silvana (PL) and Guilherme Landim (PDT); no. 128/2023, by congresswoman Juliana Lucena (PT) and co-authored by Larissa Gaspar (PT); no. 218/2023, by deputy Larissa Gaspar (PT); no. 228/2023, by congresswoman Dr. Silvana (PL), co-authored by Firmo Camurça (União); no. 319/2023, by deputy Marcos Sobreira (PDT); no. 402/2023, by Representative David Durand (Republicans); no. 453/2023, by deputy Sérgio Aguiar (PDT); no. 526/2023, by deputy Missias Dias (PT); no. 574/2023by deputy Simão Pedro (PSD), and no.588/2023by deputy Bruno Pedrosa (PDT).

This afternoon, members of the Inspection and Control Commission met to read correspondence and other documents received. Among the bodies that authored the documents are the Ceará State Finance Secretariat (Sefaz-CE), the Planning and Management Secretariat (Seplag), the State Education Secretariat (Seduc), the Ceará State Court of Auditors ( TCE-Ce), the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará (TJ-CE) and the Public Ministry of the State of Ceará (MPCE).

It was also made aware of the letters sent by the Ministry of Integration and Regional Development (MIDR), Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), Secretariat of Social Protection, Justice, Women and Human Rights (SPS), Ministry of Human Rights and of Citizenship (MDHC) and the Court of Auditors of the State of Ceará (TCE).

The meetings were attended by deputies Jeová Mota (PDT), Agenor Neto (MDB), Júlio César Filho (PT), Guilherme Sampaio (PT) and Antônio Granja (PDT). Parliamentarians Marcos Sobreira (PDT), Guilherme Bismarck (PDT) and Alysson Aguiar (PCdoB) participated via the Virtual Meeting Platform (PRV).
