The Cruzeiro Regional Administration, together with Novacap, is concreting the sidewalks in front of the Monumental Axis. The work, covering more than 2,200 m², will benefit at least 400 residents of blocks 10 and 12 of Cruzeiro Velho.
“We are taking the necessary measures to ensure the successful completion of the work. I am grateful for the support of everyone involved in this important reform for our community”, says Cruzeiro’s regional administrator, Gustavo Aires.

Other sidewalks
Since January 2024, the administration and Novacap have already concreted more than 6 linear kilometers of sidewalks throughout Cruzeiro, including block 905, Area Especial do Cruzeiro Velho blocks 01, 05, 07, 10 and around the city’s Permanent Fair .
In addition to these sidewalks and those on the Eixo Monumental, Novacap employees are also working on block 1113, block D, and block 601. These two sidewalks are 396 m² and 875 m² long, respectively. These works are carried out with funds from parliamentary amendments from district deputy Wellington Luiz.
