Minas Gerais Agency | Cemig promotes property auction across the state of Minas Gerais

Cemig, one of the main electricity concessionaires in Brazil, will promote an auction to offer 59 properties in 31 municipalities in Minas Gerais, including houses and land with values ​​ranging from R$7,055 to R$6.4 million. Interested parties will be able to bid up to 7/5 through the Superbid Exchange platform.

The opportunities are located in the Metropolitana (two), Triângulo (four), North of Minas (27), Zona da Mata (six), East of Minas (13), South of Minas (four) and West (three) regions.

In RMBH, where there are two properties selected, the values ​​are R$ 357,459.00, for a 790 m² plot in Belo Horizonte, and R$ 1,640,559.00, for a 20,992.46 m² plot in Lagoa Santa.

In Triângulo, with four properties for sale, values ​​range from R$ 202,980.00 for a 63 m² property in Planura, to R$ 6,430,819.00, the initial bid on a property that occupies a block in the center of Araxá, with 4,763 m² of total area. The other properties for sale in the Triângulo are located in Uberlândia and Ituiutaba.

In the North of Minas, 27 properties receive bids, ranging from R$7,055, for a plot of land with a total area of ​​789 m² in Três Marias, to R$6,469,010, for a property with 2,445 m², in the central region of Montes Claros .

In addition to these two cities, Botumirim, Cristália, Francisco Dumont, Janaúba, Pirapora and São Francisco also have properties on offer in the North of Minas.

In Zona da Mata, four properties are announced at auction, whose values ​​vary from R$ 130,900, for an urban property measuring 71 m² in Rio Preto, to R$ 1,377,000, for rural land measuring 83.8 hectares in Itutinga. Rural land is also being offered in Piau, in the same region.

In the East of Minas, 13 properties are being offered, with values ​​ranging from R$97,050 for a 38.69-hectare rural property in José Gonçalves de Minas, to R$1,437,044 for a commercial building in Nanuque. Several properties located in other municipalities in Eastern Minas Gerais were also included in the auction, such as Almenara, Braúnas, Divino, Ipanema, Itabira and Minas Novas.

In the South of Minas, there are four properties announced at auction, for values ​​ranging from R$ 85 thousand for an urban property with 6,700 m², in Conceição do Rio Verde, to R$ 1,039,125 for urban land in Itanhandu. The other two properties located in the south of Minas are located in Nepomuceno and Brasópolis.

And, in the western region of the state, three properties are being announced, with minimum purchase bids that can vary from R$ 16,150, for an urban lot with 124.34 m² in Iguatama, up to R$ 50,150 for a land with 400 m², in Carmo do Rio Claro.

Cemig offers payment facilities, such as installments in up to 60 months, according to the conditions described in the notice.
