Mara Caseiro requests the construction of a cycle path on MS-386, in Amambai

For the benefit of the residents of Amambai, state deputy Mara Caseiro (PSDB) requested the state government to build a cycle path on Rodovia MS-386. The construction site is the section between the exit to Ponta Porã, starting at Trevo das Araras, to Cooperativa Agroindustrial (C. Vale) and Rodovia MS-156. The nomination responds to the request of councilors Geverson Vicentim, Cida Farias, Paulo Sérgio Locutor, Gustavo Simões, Odil Puques, Roberto Sangue Bom, Joanir Martins, Tato Souza, Janete Córdoba, Anilson Prego, Jota Roberto, Rosa Linda and Lígia Borges.

In the request, the deputy highlights that the sections mentioned are widely used by cyclists in the municipality. “There are several residents who use the roads every day to go to work and carry out daily tasks,” she said.

Presented in the session this Tuesday (02), in the Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso do Sul, the nomination was forwarded to the state secretary of Infrastructure and Logistics, Hélio Peluffo Filho, as well as to the director-president of the State Agency for Enterprise Management – AGESUL, Mauro Azambuja. “Our goal is to offer more safety and convenience to cyclists. This is because, according to information from applicants, most traffic accidents happen where there is a direct connection between industrial areas and the municipal urban core”, stated Mara Caseiro.
