The Regional Electoral Court of Minas Gerais (TRE-MG) makes available, starting this Tuesday (2), two new service locations in Belo Horizonte. The temporary posts will be open until May 8th at the City Hall and at BH Resolve, from 8am to 5pm. The measure aims to facilitate access to the service before the 2024 electoral registration closes.

In addition to the installation of temporary points, the Court also extended opening hours at the registry offices in the capital of Minas Gerais, which will also be open from 8am to 5pm. At Belo Horizonte City Council, in the center-south region of the capital, service will be carried out exclusively by appointment, which can be done on the TRE website or by calling Dial Eleitor, at number 148. At BH Resolve, in the center of BH, the Service will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The elected candidate can be attended to at any electoral office or provisional office in the state, regardless of the municipality where they vote. In addition to enlisting, transferring or reviewing registration data, biometrics can be collected from those who do not yet have their biometrics registered with the Electoral Court.

In any service carried out by the Electoral Court, interested people must bring an official identification document with photo and proof of address. The National Driving License (CNH) is not accepted for voter registration. Males, who turn 19 in 2024, must present proof of military discharge.
