Southeast (Cosud).

The objective of the platform for clinical case management is to provide agility and support to healthcare professionals. Furthermore, the application allows the identification of the stage of the disease and treatment of each patient through characteristics, signs and symptoms.

The risk classification groups are A, B, C and D, they differ in terms of symptoms, warning signs and social and demographic characteristics of the individuals.

“The panel will assist in the application of appropriate and timely treatment to prevent the worsening of the patients’ clinical condition and possibly death”, explains the Secretary of State for Health, Carmen Zanotto.
