Scientific Police Competition (Politec-PE) 2024

Attention competitors! Notice no. 62/2024 with the opening of a public tender in Scientific Police of the state of Pernambuco. The competition aims to fill vacancies in permanent public positions, in addition to forming a reserve list for future appointments in the roles of Forensic Medicine Agent, Coroner and Criminal Expert.

Under the coordination of the AOCP Institute, the selection has 213 vacancies for higher education jobs with salaries between R$ 4,700.00 It is R$ 10,622.86.

Politec-PE Notice: Vacancies

Interested parties may apply for the following positions offered:

• Forensic Medicine Agent (76) – Requires a higher education degree in any area of ​​training;
• Medical Examiner (60) – Requires a higher education degree in medicine and registration with the regional medical council;

Criminal Expert in the areas of:

• Engineering (9) – Requires a higher education degree in engineering;
• Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry (10) – Requires a higher education degree in chemistry or industrial chemistry;
• Pharmacy (8) – Requires a degree in pharmacy;
• Biological Sciences or Biomedicine (18) – Requires a higher education degree in biological sciences or biomedicine;
• Computer Science or Information Systems (12) – Requires a higher education degree in computer science or information systems;
• Accounting Sciences (10) – Requires a higher education degree in accounting sciences;
• Geology (2) – Requires a higher education degree in geology;
• Physics (4) – Requires a higher education degree in physics;
• Dentistry (2) – Requires a higher education degree in dentistry;
• Veterinary Medicine (2) – Requires a higher education course in veterinary medicine.

Politec-PE Registration

Interested parties must register via the internet, using the email address www.institutoaocp.org.br, between 9am on April 30th and 2pm on June 3rd, 2024.

The registration fee will be R$250.00 for the position of Forensic Medicine Agent and R$300.00 for the positions of Forensic Doctor and Criminal Expert.

Candidates who:

• is registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government – CadÚnico;
• are a member of a low-income family;
• are a regular blood donor;
• is a regular bone marrow donor;
• is a book donor to the Pernambuco State Book Bank;
• have completed secondary or technical education at a public educational institution, less than three years from the date of publication of the notice;
• is a person with a disability;
• is a regular breast milk donor;
• is a juror member of the Sentencing Council in the Jury Courts of the State of Pernambuco.

The request must be made from 9am on April 30th to 12pm on May 6th on the competition website.

Politec-PE Exams

The competition will have several evaluation stages, including:

• Objective test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature for all positions;
• Discursive test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature;
• Medical examinations, of an eliminatory nature;
• Assessment of physical capacity, of an eliminatory nature;
• Psychological evaluation, of an eliminatory nature;
• Social investigation, of an eliminatory nature;

The objective and discursive tests are scheduled for July 21st in the city of Recife, and can also be applied in cities in the Metropolitan Region, at a location and time to be informed through a notice made available on the competition’s website on July 15th. .

Legal Medicine Agent

• 10 Portuguese language questions;
• 05 logical reasoning questions;
• 10 questions on the notions of legal medicine;
• 10 questions on the notions of legal dentistry;
• 05 questions on chemistry notions;
• 10 questions on notions of forensic thanatology;
• 05 questions on archival knowledge;
• 05 questions on notions of technical documents.

Forensic Doctor and Criminal Expert in Dentistry

• 10 Portuguese language questions;
• 10 logical reasoning questions;
• 10 questions on criminalistics notions;
• 05 questions on notions of technical documents;
• 10 questions on notions of criminal law;
• 10 questions on notions of criminal procedural law;
• 05 questions regarding the status of civil police officers in the state of Pernambuco;
• 40 specific knowledge questions.

Criminal Expert (all areas, except Dentistry)

• 10 Portuguese language questions;
• 10 logical reasoning questions;
• 05 questions on notions of technical documents.
• 10 questions on the notions of legal medicine;
• 10 questions on notions of criminal law;
• 10 questions on notions of criminal procedural law;
• 05 questions regarding the status of civil police officers in the state of Pernambuco;
• 30 specific knowledge questions.

The preliminary answer sheets for the objective tests will be published on July 22nd and the results will be released on August 26th via the website www.institutoaocp.org.br.

The competition will be valid for two years, but may be extended for another two years. Those approved will be called for the next 4 years, if the validity of the competition is extended and according to the final classification order.
