The Industrial District of Ananindeua, located in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, is already in the draft phase for bidding for a company that will carry out revitalization services such as asphalting, leveling the land, installing a drainage system, horizontal and vertical signage, covering potholes, mowing, cleaning and removing debris and painting curbs, with the aim of bringing greater mobility to the roads, in addition to encouraging new businesses to be attracted to the region.
Project Execution and Management Manager, Winiston Facuri, talks about the next steps for the bidding. “The bidding notice is expected to be launched within the next 30 days. And interested companies need to access the notice to check whether they comply with the bidding process. Furthermore, the engineer also emphasized the importance of revitalization for companies located in the Ananindeua DI. “The works aim to improve the infrastructure of the Ananindeua Industrial District, bringing better conditions for the companies located there, enhancing the competitiveness of these enterprises in the market. All of this reinforces CODEC’s institutional commitment to managing and maintaining the encouraged industrial areas.”
After around 40 years without implementing new industrial districts, the State Government, through Codec, has been expanding this public policy to attract investment and business, with the creation of more encouraged economic areas. Currently, the Ananindeua Industrial District stands out as an important development center for Pará.
