A CNN report highlights that, on Wednesday (27), during the launch and baptism of the Tonelero submarine in Itaguaí, on the Costa Verde of Rio de Janeiro, the president stated that he has “affection” for the armed forces and defended that they are “ highly qualified as a way of guaranteeing peace”.

“This affection that we have with the Navy, we have with the Brazilian Air Force and the Brazilian Army, because a country the size of Brazil needs to have highly qualified armed forces, highly prepared to the point of providing answers and guaranteeing peace when our country needs it. ”, said the president.
