1. Patacho Beach

Beach paradisiacal, lots of coconut trees, several beautiful inns; Among them, my favorite was Pousada Samba Pa Ti, which has a bungalow with a private pool in front of the sea! Amazing, guys. Depending on the tide, Praia do Patacho allows you to walk for kilometers in knee-deep water. And the water is warm, guys! It is practically deserted, there are no street vendors, only the inns and guests.

2. Lages Beach

105 km from Maceió, Lages Beach has white sand, thousands of coconut trees, translucent bluish-green water and natural pools. If you’re lucky, you might receive a visit from manatees on the beach in front of Casa Rota Ecológica, where we spent the day. I confess that swimming with them was exciting! In my opinion, Praia de Lages was number one on my itinerary around the state. Raft trips to the pools cost around R$50 per person.
