Due to the Holy Week holiday, bodies and entities of the Direct, Indirect, Local and Foundational Public Administration of the Government of RN will have different opening hours. Decree No. 33,457, which establishes the optional point on Thursday (28), was published in the Saturday (22) edition, in the Official State Gazette. The 29th is Good Friday, a national holiday.
The measure, however, does not extend to units and services considered essential such as hospitals, security and transport.
WHAT TIME CHANGES
UNICAT – On Thursday (28) it will operate at normal hours. On Friday (29) it will be closed. Reopens on Saturday (30), open until 1pm.
DETRAN – The Authority will follow the decree. All Detran units (headquarters and Citizen Centers) will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
Citizens who have an appointment for Thursday (28) will be able to attend the respective unit during the following week (with proof of appointment) or, if they prefer, reschedule the appointment.
Medical and psychological clinics will not respond. Driver training centers (CFC’s) will have normal service.
HEMONORTE (Headquarters) – Open from 7am to 6pm on Thursday and closed on Friday. On Saturday (30), it will open from 7am to 6pm and closes on Sunday.
HEMONORTE (PARTY SHOPPING SPACE – NORTH ZONE) – Only open until Thursday (28), from 8am to 5pm. Friday, Saturday and Sunday will remain closed.
DUNE PARK – There will be no change in opening hours, opening every day from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
PIRANGI CASHEW TREE – There will also be no change in opening hours, opening every day from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
CAERN – There will be no face-to-face service on Thursday and Friday. In the event of urgent cases, the interested party must contact Caern through one of its virtual service channels to send the teams on duty:

CITIZEN CENTRALS – They will be closed during the Holy Week holiday. They reopen on Monday (1/4), resuming in-person service.
ITEP – Closed during the Holy Week holiday. It reopens on Monday (1/4), resuming in-person service. Appointments for issuing the ID, however, can be made from Friday (29th), as the system is online.
CEASA – The market will open normally on Thursday (28) and Saturday (30), from 3am to 1pm for the public. From 1pm to 6pm it will only be open for internal working hours. Closed on Friday (29) and Sunday (31).
JUCERN – Closed on Thursday (28) and Friday (29), reopening on Monday (1/4).
IPEM (headquarters and regional) – Closed on Thursday and Friday. Service resumes on Monday (1/4).
ALBERTO MARANHÃO THEATER – Open every day of the holiday
FORT OF THE MAGIC KINGS – Open every day of the holiday
CHILDREN’S CITY – Closed on Thursday and Friday (28th and 29th) and open on Saturday and Sunday (30th and 31st).
CAMARA CASCUDO LIBRARY – Open until Thursday (28). It closes from Friday and only reopens on Monday (1/4).
PINACOTECA POTIGUAR – Closed on Thursday and Friday (28th and 29th) and open on Saturday and Sunday (30th and 31st).
