In the final stretch of BBB 24, the brothers have reflected on having reached the Top 10. In the bathroom Bin Laden, Pitel and Lucas talked about feeling like winners for reaching the Top 10 and about the expectations that the public could have about them in the start of the program. Despite the friendly conversation, Pitel ended up joking about the attack on the Twin Towers in the United States – which made the singer uncomfortable.
When considering what people expected from Bin Laden’s behavior, the sister commented: “People expected an explosion from you. In that case, you did it right. You were the plane and you knocked down two towers. Wow.” At the same time, the singer became uncomfortable with the conversation and warned: “That’s not a good reference to make, guys.”
The sister soon understood the message and apologized. “I’m kidding guys, don’t cancel me.”
Before Pitel’s joke, Bin Laden stated that he already feels like a winner just by being in the house. “We are already winners, just by being here. Of course we want the prize and everything. Yesterday the Gil do Vigor coming here, he showed me that I too am a winner. Even though he didn’t win that BBB, someone told me that they made history, they made a big screen”, said the brother.
