Lucas ‘Buda’ family notifies Camila Moura

In an interview with the newspaper O Globo, Lucas’s sister, Rose Ferreira, confirmed the news that her brother’s family had notified Camila Moura legally. According to Rose, all the family wants is for Camila to return ‘Buda’s’ cell phone, which is with her during the reality show. Furthermore, they ask that she also return access to his social media, which is also in her possession. Camila Moura was chosen as Lucas ‘Buda’s legal attorney during confinement and, therefore, she is the one who has access to all of this. The problem is that Camila would not be responding to her brother’s family.

“We have no contact with her at all. She just doesn’t want to talk to us. Since she made it very clear to anyone who wants to know that she is taking care of her career, it is only fair that the family takes care of him in this final stretch of BBB. That’s just why“, explained Rose. According to her, Camila has already made it clear that she no longer defends her husband’s interests and, therefore, they want her cell phone and control of social networks back.

Camila’s lawyer responds

In an interview with Quem, Camila’s lawyer, Adélia Soares (who is also ex-BBB), stated that Lucas’s wife did not give back access to social networks because they are being managed by Mynd, a communications agency. However, a new problem arose: Rose Ferreira claims that the family did not know about this agency, which means that Camila now needs to confirm who signed this contract.

“She’s been lying from the beginning, because we didn’t even know about this agency. If there is an agency in the mix, has anyone signed this contract? And now she has to prove who signed it“, he said. “The only family Lucas has is me and my sister. My father and mother are deceased. And I guarantee that our name is not there. As she was his attorney, she had access to everything. We don’t know anything, we are lost here“, he stated.

Adélia Soares was contacted by O Globo and said that, as for the cell phone, Camila cannot return it because she is the official attorney. This means that giving Lucas property would bring legal problems. “Today, if she makes any concession of something that belongs to Lucas, she may face civil and criminal liability for it. Either the cell phone or the social network, or whatever, she can’t just arrive and hand it to anyone without his consent, to anyone.“, he said.

As for social media, Adélia explained how the supposed relationship between Lucas’ profiles and the communication agency came about. “In fact, he has a friend of his, who is part of the social media management group. And this personal friend of his, his right-hand man, is the one who is directly taking care of this with the agency, Mynd”, explained.
