This Thursday (28), Rose Ferreira, Buda’s sister, explained why the family decided to extrajudicially notify the history teacher, who had control over the participant’s social networks. She also spoke about the conflict with her ex-sister-in-law and confessed that family members have been affected by the exposure.

This week, Camila’s lawyer, Adélia Soares, confirmed to Quem magazine that her client received an extrajudicial notification. Before Lucas entered the reality show, he left his then wife as his legal attorney, that is, the person who would defend his interests out here. However, after she announced the end of the marriage and attracted supporters against him, the capoeirista’s family wanted full access to the profiles.

In the publication, Adélia also claimed that Buda’s family members were already in charge of the confined man’s social networks. “Lucas’ networks are already in the hands of his family, who even hired a company, the Mynd agency, to take care of his profile”, he stated. Rose, however, contested the information and explained the reason for the notification.

“We are asking her to hand over his cell phone and access to social media. Because we don’t have any contact with her. She just doesn’t want to talk to us. Since she made it very clear to anyone who wants to know that she is taking care of her career, it is only fair that the family takes care of him in this final stretch of ‘BBB’. That’s just why”she declared to the Play column, in the newspaper O Globo.

Lucas Henrique’s sister also refuted Camila’s statements. “She’s been lying from the beginning because we didn’t even know about this agency. Rose also highlighted that the family is being affected by the history teacher’s publications. “Lucas was too exposed for a mistake that we know he made. Lawyer speaks out

Also in the Play column, Adélia Soares spoke after Rose’s statements. “Lucas’ family is making some requests, in relation to social networks and cell phones, but Camila does not have any authorization to make this transfer to them, because she has this power of attorney from Lucas”he justified.

“From the moment these powers are removed, or Lucas himself leaves the house, then he can. Today, if she makes any concession of something that belongs to Lucas, she may face civil and criminal liability for it. Whether it’s her cell phone or her social network, or whatever, she can’t just come and give it to anyone without his consent.”added the lawyer.
